The Opportunity

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to create and maintain test cases, and plan and execute tests for building the core of our learning platform. You will be working closely with the product team validating features - functionality and data correctness. You will also work on API testing and automating the tests. This is a key role in the Product team where you’ll be building a seamless and engaging experience for our learners and enable global enterprises to develop their workforces.

What You'll Do:

• Test UI/UX of our web-based applications and API end points.

• Write and maintain test cases.

• Automate test cases.

• Execute test cases, record results and report defects.

• Create and report quality metrics.

• Ensure products meet users’ expectations.

What You Bring:

• 3 – 5 years of experience with the tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.

• Strong ability to write and maintain test cases, log bugs, and maintain the backlog.

• Expertise with test automation.

• Excellent communication – verbal as well as written.

• Strong advocate of end user needs and expectations.

• Great attention to detail with strong prioritisation and critical thinking skills.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Excitement about working in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment.

• Understanding of databases and good Excel and SQL skills are a big plus.
