Client Relationship Management Lead (Remote; Singapore or Malaysia)

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Management Lead to be part of our impactful client & learner experience team at HARDSKILLS and help build and deepen client relationships as we expand.

HARDSKILLS is a B2B online learning solution for enterprises to upskill their workforce in the hard-to-teach but hot-in-demand human behavioural skills such as how to think critically, collaborate, sell & influence, manage time efficiently, communicate effectively, be agile, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring goals are aligned.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusted, authentic relationships with multiple stakeholders, from senior executives to program managers, to drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop and execute tailored success plans that outline strategies to achieve customer objectives and maximize product value.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand usage and introduce additional solutions to existing clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to address client needs and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key customer metrics (adoption rates, engagement levels, ROI) and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in Customer Relationship management, account management, or customer success, preferably in the corporate e-learning or SaaS industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and achieving high customer retention rates.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of the corporate e-learning landscape is a strong advantage.
