Client Experience Representative (Remote; Bangalore, Singapore or Malaysia)

HARDSKILLS seeks Client Experience Representatives to work alongside our Customer Experience Managers supporting the world’s most innovative brands in workforce transformation. This role suits individuals with up to 2 years of corporate work experience.

You’ll learn foundational skills of building and managing trusted Client relationships and be on track to own a set of key clients over time. Supporting a Client Experience (CX) Manager day-to-day, you will be trained in all aspects of account management; client onboarding, cohort communication, data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management Support: Assist CX Managers in project management, participate in client meetings, coordinate Cohort rollouts & scheduling, prepare updates, maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
  • Client Research: Conduct research & track industry priorities and developments of assigned Clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and deepening our role as a value-adding partner to help transform their workforce.
  • Collaboration & Collateral Preparation: Working with a cross-functional team, create client-specific presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Become fluent in tools that create world-class presentations and reports that are insightful and actionable.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 years’ work experience with a corporate.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and receive feedback constructively.
  • Sense of Urgency: Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data Enthusiast: Unafraid of working with data and developing analytical skills.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and develop your career as an exceptional professional.
