Client Experience Associate (Remote; Bangalore, Singapore or Malaysia)

HARDSKILLS seeks a Client Experience Associate to play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer service and seamless client experiences. In this role, you will support the Client Experience (CX) Manager in account management, data analysis, and client research to enhance customer relationships and business outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop data analysis, collaboration, and project management skills while gaining exposure to a fast-growing edtech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management Support: Assist the CX Manager by managing administrative tasks, coordinating updates, and maintaining accurate client documentation.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Support process improvements across the client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Monitor and analyze customer data, feedback, and trends to provide actionable insights.
    • Prepare business reviews and recommend strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Client Research: Conduct research to identify opportunities for collaboration and share findings with the CX Manager.
  • Collaboration & Collateral: Assist in creating client-specific presentations, reports, and collateral to support initiatives.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4-6 years’ corporate work experience.
  • Critical Thinker: Proactive, able to anticipate what can go wrong and work quickly and collaboratively to solve problems.
  • Growth Mindset: Avid reader of global business and current affairs, with demonstrable track record of learning new skills and developing an exceptional career.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills. Articulate ideas effectively, accept feedback constructively. Confident, personable style.
  • Sense of Urgency: Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
